These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the PrepArena website at preparena.co.in and all its features ("the Service"). The Service is operated by PrepArena, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PrepArena is an online practice platform for Indian entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET UG. It offers previous-year questions (PYQs) with worked solutions, study notes, mock tests, practice duels and downloadable e-books.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you are under 18, you should use the Service and make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
3. Paid products and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the site at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current products:

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.
4. Delivery
All our products are digital. Premium and the Mock Pack unlock on your account, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. E-books are delivered as a download link, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped physically. If you do not receive access, contact us using the details on the Contact Us page.
5. Refunds
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short, purchases are non-refundable once access is given, except for duplicate payments or when access is not delivered.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, upload or share paid content, including e-books and solutions, with anyone else.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, cheat in mocks or duels, or access other users' accounts.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
7. Content and accuracy
Questions are taken from publicly released official exam papers. Worked solutions, notes and other materials are written by PrepArena. We work to keep everything accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us. PrepArena is an independent platform and is not affiliated with NTA, the IITs or any exam authority. Exam dates and patterns shown on the site are general information; always confirm them on the official website.
8. No guarantee of results
The Service helps you practise. We do not guarantee any score, rank or admission result.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
