Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is given. You get a full refund if you were charged twice, or if you paid and did not receive access.

1. No refunds after access

PrepArena sells digital products: Premium, the Mock Pack and downloadable e-books. These are available to you as soon as access is given, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been delivered. Please use the free features, the free Mock 1 and the free e-book samples before you buy.

2. When you will get a refund

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
Access not delivered: your payment succeeded but Premium, the Mock Pack or your e-book was not delivered within 24 hours, and we cannot fix it.
Failed payment: money was deducted but the payment failed. Razorpay or your bank usually reverses these automatically within 5 to 7 working days.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

3. How to request help or a refund

Email lalbhad948@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, with your registered email, the payment ID or a screenshot, and a short description. We reply within 2 working days.

4. Cancellation

Premium and the Mock Pack are one-time payments for 12 months. They do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy again. Your access simply ends after 12 months.

5. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered online. Account access usually unlocks within minutes; e-book download links are sent within 24 hours at most. Nothing is shipped physically.
